Refund & Returns Policy


We at Martins Tiles and Bathrooms will only accept returns if our store has the same shade/batch in stock and in resaleable condition. No adhesive, grout and bathroom ware will be accepted for returns.

To enquire about returning please contact our store. The customer will be responsible for organising the return of the goods within 28 days of the delivery date purchase, delivery costs will not be refunded. 


The refund will be processed within 7 working days following our receipt of the resaleable goods, delivery costs will not be refunded.

Damages Or Incorrect Delivery 

If a customer receives incorrect or damaged tiles, they must contact Martins Tiles and Bathrooms within 24hrs from their delivery date and we will send replacements or issue a refund as soon as possible.

Goods specially ordered for a customer "Special Order" cannot be returned for a refund.
